Dr. Sonya Sharpless has been working in Chicagoland/Lake County for over 2 decades and has developed close working relationships with various medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and plastic surgeons throughout the North Shore, as well as across the country, providing opportunities for patients to receive the best treatment available.

As a private practice cancer surgeon, I will help you navigate the confusing language, provide the tools to help with decisions and ensure your absolute comfort throughout your treatment path.
You will have access to the same high quality care as downtown, but without the hassle of the commute. It’s important to be surrounded by family and friends and being closer to home ensures a more stress-free recovery.
